TYPE.—On argillite, mountains east of Montes Claros, Serra Geral north of Grão Mogul, 1050 m alt, 12 November 1938, Markgraf, Brade & Mello Barreto 3512 (B, holotype; RB, photo).
DISTRIBUTION.—Known only from the type-collection.
