Anacamptis pyramidalis is a species of perennial herb in the family orchids. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are listed in cites appendix ii. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Zygaena rubicundus, Scarce Swallowtail, Zygaena, and Zygaena trifolii. Individuals can grow to 0.4 m.
