Betula papyrifera (Paper Birch) is a species of tree in the family Betulaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Alaska, Eastern North America, North America, Western North America, Saint-Pierre Et Miquelon, The Contiguous United States, Canada, and United States. They have simple, broad leaves and yellow flowers. Individuals can grow to 27.4 m.
