Chiloglanis polyodon Norman 1932

Diagnosis: buccal disk large and rounded; mandibular barbels short, no auxiliary barbels; premaxillary teeth large, arranged in 4-5 rows; 8+8 mandibular teeth; adipose fin short; caudal fin deeply forked; eyes not very large (Ref. 57223).Coloration: similar to that of Chiloglanis lamottei: body covered with numerous small dark spots, more or less uniformly distributed on dorsal surface (Ref. 57223).

Chiloglanis polyodon is a species of upside-down catfish endemic to Sierra Leone where it is only known from the headwaters of the Bagbwe River. This species grows to a length of 5.2 centimetres (2.0 in) TL.
