Celosia is a genus of shrub in the family Amaranthaceae. They are native to Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and The Contiguous United States. They have capsule fruit. Flowers are visited by Delta pyriforme, Bombus impatiens, Eumenes fraternus, and Burnsius communis. Individuals can grow to 7.1 m.
