Description

provided by AmphibiaWeb articles
A rather small spotted Kassina (21-35 mm) from northern and north-western Cameroun. Similar to K. maculosa, but differing by the dorsal spots being at least twice as long as broad with a tendency to be placed in three longitudinal lines, the median one often forming an unbroken line. Marbling of limbs tends to be longitudinal.Amiet (2007) removed this species from synonymy with K. maculosa.Updated by A. Schiøtz, 2008.

Decorated running frog

provided by wikipedia EN

The decorated running frog (Kassina decorata) is a species of frog in the family Hyperoliidae.[1][2] It is endemic to Cameroon where it is known from the Bamiléké highlands and from Mount Manengouba. There is uncertainty whether it is a valid species, and it has been also considered synonym of Kassina maculosa.[2]

This little known species has been found around lakes and in marshes in high-elevation grassland, and in flooded grassland and marshes in humid savanna.[1]
