Acropora muricata (Small Base Staghorn Coral) is a species of cnidarians in the family staghorn corals. They are listed as near threatened by IUCN and in cites appendix ii. Dead Small Base Staghorn Coral form shallow marine sediments. Small Base Staghorn Coral form marine reefs. They have asexual reproduction, alternation of generations, and sexual reproduction; they are broadcast spawners. They are sessile animals.
