Caulastraea furcata (Phaceloid Fleshy Hard Coral) is a species of cnidarians in the family Merulinidae. They are listed in cites appendix ii. Dead Phaceloid Fleshy Hard Coral form shallow marine sediments. Phaceloid Fleshy Hard Coral form marine reefs. They have asexual reproduction, alternation of generations, and sexual reproduction; they are broadcast spawners. They are sessile animals.
