Carcharhinus brachyurus (Bronze Whaler) is a species of modern sharks in the family requiem sharks. They are listed as vulnerable by IUCN. Individuals can grow to 325 cm. Reproduction is viviparous and iteroparous. They rely on carcharhiniform to move around.
