Euthamia occidentalis (Western Goldentop) is a species of perennial herb in the family Asteraceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Western North America, The Contiguous United States, and Canada. They have simple, broad leaves and yellow flowers. Flowers are visited by Prionyx atratus, Pale Swallowtail, Poladryas minuta, and Orange Sulphur. Individuals can grow to 6 feet.
