Ulmus (Elm) is a genus of shrub in the family Ulmaceae. They are native to Canada, The Contiguous United States, Eastern North America, and North America. They have samaras. Flowers are visited by Pseudopanurgus compositarum and Eastern Hornet Fly. Individuals can grow to 21 m.
