Heteromastus filiformis (Capitellid Worm) is a species of segmented worms in the family Capitellidae. They are upward conveyors. Individuals can grow to 100 mm. They have parental care. Reproduction is semelparous, iteroparous, and gonochoristic. They are facultatively mobile burrowers.
