Bistorta macrophylla is a species of perennial herb in the family Polygonaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Apis cerana, Halictus yunnanicus, Bombus separandus, and Betasyrphus serarius.
