Marsilea is a genus of herb in the family Marsileaceae. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are native to Canada, Puerto Rico, The Contiguous United States, and Hawaii. They have pinnate leaves. Individuals can grow to 0.1 m. They have alternation of generations.
