Zivkovicia compressa (Carter 1864)

Tintinnid ciliate, variable shape, with a marked suboral constriction and a spreading brim. Length 39-59 microns, diameter at mouth 34-65 microns, greatest diameter of bowl 28-34 microns.

Testate amoeba, lorica constructed from agglutinated particles, and with a distinct V-shaped constriction at the base of the neck where it joins the main body of the test. The test is laterally compressed. Length about 130 microns, breadth about 100 microns and aperture about 40 microns.
