Madatyphlops domerguei is a species of snake in the family Typhlopidae.^[3]^[4] The species is endemic to Madagascar.

The specific name, domerguei, is in honor of French herpetologist Charles Domergue.^[5]

M. domerguei is found in southeastern Madagascar.^[1]

The preferred natural habitat of M. domerguei is forest, at low and medium elevations.^[2]

M. domerguei is oviparous.^[2]
