Thymelaea hirsuta is a species of shrub in the family Thymelaeaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Freeloader flies, Buff-tailed bumblebee, digger bees, and Siphona. Individuals can grow to 0.8 m.
