Cynoglossum officinale (gypsyflower) is a herbaceous species of plant in the family Boraginaceae, with a self-supporting growth habit. It has simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Monarch, Texas Agapostemon, Ocyptera Latreille 1804, and Archytas analis (Fabricius 1805). It is a photoautotroph.
