Ximenia americana (Hog Plum) is a species of tree in the family Olacaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to U.S. Virgin Islands, Pacific Basin excluding Hawaii, The Contiguous United States, Puerto Rico, and Eastern North America. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Coelioxys germana, Common Long-horned Bee, Flat-tailed Leaf-cutter Bee, and European honey bee. Individuals can grow to 5 m.
