Aethusa cynapium (Fool's Parsley) is a species of annual herb in the family umbellifers. They have a self-supporting growth form. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Melanostoma mellinum, Eriothrix rufomaculata, Platycheirus scutatus, and Melanostoma mellina. Individuals can grow to 0.46 m.
