They are native to Saint-Pierre Et Miquelon, United States, Eastern North America, Western North America, North America, Greenland, The Contiguous United States, Canada, and Alaska. They have simple, broad leaves and white flowers. Flowers are visited by Half-black Bumblebee, Evylaeus, Syritta, and Dialictus. Individuals can grow to 0.2 m.
