Hesperantha cucullata is a South African bulb. It has three spreading anthers and three spreading shorter style lobes. Its nice and scented flowers open in the night. From the above they are just white, but below three sepals are purple.

This is a tiny bulb found in the Swartberg Pass north of Outshoorn ni the Cape. It was found in 1500 m. rocky wet slopes. I couldn't identify it properly, it is similar to Hesperantha humilis.
