Trifolium variegatum is a species of annual herb in the family Fabaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Western North America, Canada, and The Contiguous United States. They have compound, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Papilio cresphontes, Alfalfa Leafcutter Bee, Northern Cloudywing, and Megachile mendica.
