Agaricus helictus Berk. Jour. Linn. Soc. IS: 48. 1877.
Pileus deeply umbilicate, 2.5 cm. broad; surface silky, much wrinkled, pale-umber when dry, sometimes browner toward the margin; lameUae at first with a decurrent tooth, becoming adnexed; spores urregular, 7.5 m long; stipe slender, twisted, 4 cm. long.
Type locality: Bermuda.
Habitat: On rotten leaf -mold.
Distribution: Known only from the type locality.
