Vicia villosa (Winter Vetch) is a species of perennial herb in the family Fabaceae. It is a climber. It has compound, broad leaves and purple flowers. Flowers are visited by Hemaris thetis (Boisduval 1855). Winter Vetch fixes nitrogen. It is a photoautotroph.
