Crassostrea virginica (Oyster) is a species of bivalves in the family True Oysters. They are native to The Neotropics, Atlantic Ocean, and The Nearctic. Adult Oyster form marine reefs. Individuals can grow to 283 mm. They have sexual reproduction. They are sessile animals.
