Lucinisca nassula (Conrad 1846)

Lucinisca nassula is a species of mussels in the family hatchet shells. Dead Lucinisca nassula form shallow marine sediments. Individuals can grow to 12 mm. They have sexual reproduction. They are facultatively mobile animals.
