Ranunculus eschscholtzii (Eschscholtz's Buttercup) is a species of perennial herb in the family Ranunculaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Alaska, The Contiguous United States, and Canada. They have simple, broad leaves, yellow flowers, and achenes. Flowers are visited by Phaonia monticola, Phaonia protuberans, and Northern Blue. Individuals can grow to 1 feet.
